Diagnose is read-only
The historical audit reads the HubSpot records and activity needed to evaluate lead response, ownership, pipeline and measurement. It does not rewrite contacts, change owners, move deals or launch recovery actions.
Clear access boundaries for customers and partners
Diagnose is built to inspect HubSpot evidence without changing the CRM. Customer ownership, explicit partner permissions, controlled report sharing and visible limitations are part of the product—not paperwork added after the fact.

Partner invitations are tied to a named client administrator. Run, report and sharing permissions can be granted separately and revoked. A forwarded invitation link does not create access for somebody else.
Report owners can create expiring links, add a password, set a maximum view count and revoke access. Only the share token is given to the recipient; its hash is stored by SealRevenue.
Record-level diagnostic evidence is scheduled for deletion after the configured retention period. Aggregate scores and immutable report facts can be retained separately so a completed executive report remains consistent.
Installations, audit runs, exports, report sharing and partner access events are security-logged. Disconnecting a Diagnose installation cancels active work and revokes public report shares.
No. Diagnose uses a read-only connection. Pro monitoring and recovery workflows are separate and require the relevant product setup and permissions.
Yes. Report owners can revoke an active link, and links can also expire automatically or stop after their configured view limit.
No. Partner branding and commentary cannot alter the calculated findings, methodology, confidence or limitations in the underlying report.
